Vortex heaters are designed for maximum thermal efficiency, with the capability of running on compressed natural gas or propane.
These Frac Water Heaters have zero radiant heat. The efficiency of the heat transfer makes our units the best available. Our technology out-performs other technologies used, because it transfers 99% of the heat input directly to the water. That means almost zero heat loss from combustion. The exhaust gas leaving our system is virtually the same temperature as the water coming in to be heated.
Pumps are equipped with variable frequency drives, and Scheider touchscreen displays with remote capabilities allow operators to monitor and program temperature and flow volume.
Vortex heaters are safe to operate, safe to well sites and safe to the environment. The technology in our units virtually eliminates any possibility of on-site injuries or accidents that have occurred with traditional water heating methods.
